On Tuesday, February 1, 2011 the Elkin Jaycees elected and installed their officers for the 2011 year. Local Jaycee history was made in the 70 year old chapter when Daniel Hearn was given the oath of office by his father Bill Hearn, a past local president from the 1970's. Congratulations to our New Board of Directors!
